Our commitment to accessibility
Setflow is working to make the platform usable for as wide a range of users as possible, including people who rely on a keyboard, screen readers, or have reduced vision. We treat accessibility as an ongoing process, not a one-time task.
What we currently do
In building the platform, we keep the following in mind:
- Semantic HTML structure (headings, buttons, forms) for easier navigation with assistive technology.
- Color contrast matched to the site's light and dark theme.
- Keyboard navigation through main forms and links.
- Clear error messages on forms (e.g. login, sign-up, sending an offer).
Known limitations
The platform hasn't been formally tested or certified against the WCAG standard yet. Some parts of the interface (e.g. the more complex offer calculator or floor plan) may be harder to use with a screen reader. We're actively working on improvements as the platform grows.
How to report an accessibility issue
If you come across a part of the platform that's hard to use with assistive technology, let us know via the Feedback & Reports page, describe the page and the issue you ran into so we can fix it.
